Wiki (WikiLeaks) is facing criticism for its inability to manage its internal security leading to confidential matter being made public. About 250,000 diplomatic cables held by Wiki are disclosed on the internet. This has alarmed American officials, as these Wiki leaks can put to risk several people, who co-operated with the US in dangerous parts of the world, specifically the Middle East.
The leaked cables are unedited, unlike those usually published by Wiki and its media partners. They contain names of diplomatic sources and intelligence officers and reveal sensitive information not to be disclosed to the public.
The information is said to have partly leaked because a senior journalist at The Guardian, David Leigh, included the password to open up an encrypted file in his book, 'WikiLeaks: Inside Julian Assange's War on Secrecy.' Fairfax Media confirms the leak by using the password and unlocking the encrypted file containing 250,000 unedited cables.

The WikiLeaks officials also revealed that this group posted a message about their illegal activities and made it public.
An American ex WikiLeaks official revealed that the recent hacking incidents have abashed and abased the Obama management officials and created a strong foundation for political barriers.
According to The Associated Press, more than 2,000 cables were hacked by the hackers.
